A recap of LADYj.Tech³: An event dedicated to women in tech and industry worldwide

LADYj.Tech³, a French Tech BFC-certified event, brought together female leaders from startups and companies in the technology and industrial sectors. The event highlighted collaborations between research labs and businesses, with roundtables and networking opportunities for professionals.

A rich and dynamic program

The event was marked by several highlights:

  • DIJ’INNOV CONNECT (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM);
  • LADY’S INDUSTRY (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Inspiring career paths and strategies to attract more women to industrial professions.
  • ROUND TABLES: Opening remarks by Marie-Hélène Juillard-Randrian, Vice-President for SMEs at Dijon Métropole, Nathalie Koenders, Mayor of Dijon, and Laëtitia Martinez, Vice-President of the Regional Council of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
    • High-voltage industry: how innovation boosts competitiveness, with experts such as Marianne Sécheresse (CEA Valduc) and Xavière Castano (Crossject).
    • Raising funds, conquering the world: the keys to scaling up, with Karine Lignel (OPM) and Ivana Pibiri (University of Palermo).

An innovation booth to discover

The ICB presented its research on nanotechnologies, with demonstrations on nano-risk management, custom-designed nanoparticles, and innovative sensors. This booth generated considerable interest among the participants, highlighting the laboratory’s advancements.
