Driving administrative management and governance
Reporting to the unit’s management and the administrative head, the Administrative and Financial Service (SAF) plays a central role in supporting the laboratory’s six scientific departments and contributing to the overall management of the institution.
In line with the rules and procedures of the laboratory’s three supervisory bodies (CNRS, Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté, UTBM), the SAF is responsible for:
- Overall administrative management of the unit and its departments
- Coordination of human resources
- Budget preparation, allocation, and monitoring
- Financial management of the laboratory, departments, and teams
- Oversight of contracts and grants
- Public procurement, promoting coordination and shared resources
Collection and maintenance of departmental and unit databases
